Introduction
The B2B Sales Representative will promote and sell our range of home appliances to businesses across South Africa. Clients may include appliance retailers, wholesalers, property developers, hospitality groups, and construction firms. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and build long-term business relationships.
Job description
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the South African home appliance market.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients, including large retailers, developers, and commercial projects.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and volume agreements in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Attend industry trade shows and promotional events on behalf of the company.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
Minimum requirements
- Matric and tertiary educationÂ
- 3 years B2B sales experience, ideally in the home appliances, electronics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of the South African retail and property development landscape.
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within South Africa.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
