Job description
| Data Monitoring | Monitor operational data for regions, franchisees and drivers, identify performance gaps and develop practical improvement plans. |
| Training Management | Deliver business training and assessments on new policies and updated operating processes. |
| Quality Performance Review | Analyse delivery quality across regions, identify root causes and develop targeted improvement plans. |
| Policy Analysis | Consolidate policies submitted by regional teams, conduct analysis and post-implementation reviews, and recommend practical improvements. |
| Quality Reporting | Prepare and distribute quality-performance data for regions, franchisees and branches, and develop standard operational analysis templates. |
| Territory Planning | Plan and optimise delivery territories and produce practical feasibility proposals. |
| Business Requirements | Translate business development needs into appropriate system improvements and coordinate product requirements with the relevant teams. |
| Other Duties | Perform other reasonable ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager. |
Minimum requirements
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. |
| Experience | At least 3 years’ experience in domestic parcel or last-mile delivery operations. |
| Technical Knowledge & Skills | Sound knowledge of the domestic parcel sector, with strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills. Able to use data to identify operational issues. |
| General Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. |
| Competencies | Able to work effectively under pressure; dependable, diligent and highly self-motivated, with strong commitment, logical thinking, communication and presentation skills. |
| Preferred Experience | Demonstrated ability to develop SOPs for domestic parcel or last-mile delivery operations is advantageous. |
