Job description
| Performance Monitoring | Monitor the commercial performance of regions, franchisees and drivers, identify performance gaps and develop practical improvement plans. |
| Settlement Rate Optimisation | Review and optimise settlement rates, standards and calculation methodologies based on market conditions and cost analysis. |
| Unit Rate Analysis | Analyse unit rates across regions and develop plans to improve or optimise pricing and commercial performance. |
| Network Policy Analysis | Consolidate regional delivery-fee policies, conduct analysis and post-implementation reviews, and recommend practical improvements. |
| Commercial Reporting | Prepare and distribute commercial performance data for regions, franchisees and drivers, and develop standard commercial analysis templates. |
| Pricing Design | Design and optimise pricing products and produce commercially sound feasibility proposals. |
| Business Requirements | Translate business development needs into appropriate system improvements and coordinate product requirements with the relevant teams. |
| Other Duties | Perform other reasonable ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager. |
Minimum requirements
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. |
| Experience | At least 3 years’ experience in domestic parcel or last-mile delivery operations. Experience in operations management, marketing or pricing analysis within the sector is advantageous. |
| Technical Knowledge & Skills | Sound knowledge of pricing and operating models in the domestic parcel sector, with strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills. Able to use data to identify operational and commercial issues. |
| General Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. |
| Competencies | Able to work effectively under pressure; dependable, diligent and highly self-motivated, with strong commitment, logical thinking, communication and presentation skills. |
| Preferred Experience | Experience in network financial settlements, network commercial analysis or pricing analysis within the domestic parcel sector is advantageous. |
