Introduction
The Efficiency Committee Specialist supports operational efficiency improvement across the business by working closely with frontline operations, warehouse teams and other departments. The role focuses on process mapping, SOP standardization, operational data analysis, KPI tracking and on-site operational reviews. The successful candidate will identify process gaps and inefficiencies, support improvement initiatives and help drive issues through to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with warehouse, operations, customer service and other frontline teams to understand actual operational processes.
• Conduct end-to-end process mapping and identify process gaps, duplicated activities, inefficiencies and operational risks.
• Assist in developing, documenting and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows and operational guidelines.
• Collect, organize and analyse operational data, including daily reports, weekly reports and KPI data.
• Monitor KPI performance and identify deviations, abnormalities and potential operational issues.
• Translate data findings into practical and actionable improvement recommendations.
• Conduct on-site operational inspections and assess whether actual operations comply with established SOPs.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare structured reports based on facts and operational data.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Warehouse, HR and Management to track issues and drive them through to closure.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; exceptional candidates with relevant capabilities may also be considered.
• 0–2 years of working experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a background in Logistics & Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Analysis or Audit will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of business data, operational reports and reporting logic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data organization and simple analysis.
• Ability to use PowerPoint and other reporting tools to present information in a structured manner.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and closely with warehouse and frontline operational teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-changing environment.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis, reporting or information organization will be an advantage.
