Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and responsible graduate to join our Warehouse Operations team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in daily warehouse operations and receive practical development opportunities to grow into a future Team Leader role.
Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

  • Learn and follow warehouse operating procedures, safety standards and quality requirements.

  • Assist with monitoring daily operational performance and maintaining accurate records.

  • Support inventory checks, operational reporting and data updates using Excel and warehouse management systems.

  • Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to identify and resolve operational issues.

  • Participate in on-the-job training and development activities to build operational and leadership capabilities.

  • Develop the skills required to take on future Warehouse Team Leader responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills, including Excel, Outlook and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

  • Willingness to start in a hands-on warehouse operations role.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, good work discipline and willingness to learn.

  • Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational background or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or related fields.

  • Previous internship or working experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment.

  • Familiarity with WMS, PDA scanners or e-commerce platforms such as Takealot, Amazon, Temu or Shein.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential or team coordination experience.

Career Development

The successful candidate will initially work as a Warehouse Associate to gain practical operational experience. Based on performance and development progress, the candidate may be considered for future Team Leader opportunities.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment and start from operational duties.

  • Strong responsibility, discipline, teamwork and willingness to learn.

  • Good problem-solving skills and leadership potential.

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
