Introduction
We are looking for ambitious, analytical and solution-driven graduates to join our Operations and Business Analyst Graduate Programme. This programme is designed to develop future business leaders by providing practical exposure to operational processes, data analysis, process improvement, reporting, project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidates will work closely with operational teams and management to identify inefficiencies, analyse business performance, support improvement initiatives and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Graduate programmes in this field commonly provide exposure to automation, digitisation, operational excellence, process improvement and reporting
Job description
- Support day-to-day operational activities, reporting and performabce tracking
- Assist with process mapping and identifying efficiency improvements
- Analyse operational data and prepare reports, dashboards and performance insights.
- Assist with identifying process gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support business process mapping, workflow documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and document findings.
- Track key performance indicators and assist in monitoring operational performance.
- Compile presentations, reports and recommendations for management.
- Participate in meetings with internal departments and assist with follow-up actions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, operational best practices and business improvement opportunities.
- Support testing and implementation of new systems, processes or operational tools.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce in related field
- A strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different team
