Introduction
Buffalo International Logistics is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to join our Warehouse Assistant Learnership Programme within the logistics and warehousing environment. This programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience to equip learners with valuable skills in warehouse operations and supply chain processes. Successful candidates will gain exposure to receiving, picking, packing, stock control, dispatching, and general warehouse administration within a fast-paced logistics environment.

  • Receiving and dispatch procedures
  • Picking and packing processes
  • Stock control and inventory management
  • Warehouse housekeeping and safety
  • Scanning and stock tracking systems
  • Loading and offloading procedures
  • Basic logistics and supply chain principles
  • Workplace communication and teamwork

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
  • Must be unemployed and available for the full learnership duration
  • Must not have participated in a similar programme before
