Introduction
The Efficiency Committee (EC) is a newly established internal operational governance and efficiency improvement team within the company. The team is responsible for driving cross-functional process optimization, standardization, and execution efficiency improvements.
This role is an entry-level execution and analytical position within the EC structure. Core responsibilities include:
- Business process mapping and SOP standardization
- Operational data organization and basic analysis
- KPI tracking and issue identification
- Operational audits and on-site improvement support
Job description
Process Mapping & SOP Standardization
- Work closely with frontline operations (warehouse / operations / customer service, etc.) to understand actual workflows
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping
- Identify process gaps, duplicated steps, inefficiencies, and operational risks
- Assist in developing and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Produce process flowcharts, operational guidelines, and standardized documentation
Data Analysis & Operational Support
- Collect, organize, and maintain operational data (daily reports / weekly reports / KPI tracking data)
- Read and understand basic operational reports and dashboards
- Conduct basic data analysis to support issue identification and efficiency evaluation
- Translate data findings into actionable improvement recommendations
- Prepare structured analytical reports based on facts and data
KPI Tracking & Management Support
- Assist in defining and optimizing measurable and executable KPI indicators
- Track KPI execution and identify deviations or abnormalities
- Support departments in understanding KPI logic and business impact
- Help establish alignment between KPIs and actual operational processes
Operational Audit & On-site Inspection
- Conduct regular on-site operational inspections
- Verify whether actual operations comply with SOP standards
- Identify execution gaps, process issues, and compliance risks
- Track root causes and support corrective actions
- Support operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-functional Communication & Execution Support
- Communicate effectively with operations, warehouse teams, HR, and management
- Provide objective analysis and feedback based on facts and data
- Support management in operational decision-making analysis
- Drive issue tracking and closure
- Maintain independence and objectivity in cross-functional collaboration
Minimum requirements
- Degree/Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 1-2 experience within the logistics industry
